Villa 2 is located behind the main house and has two floors and offers its guests accommodation in two double rooms and a living room. The normal occupancy of the villa is for six people, with two of the beds in the living room.

The villa has a bathroom and a toilet, a terrace with wonderful views of the majestic Karluk peak, a living room with a small kitchenette.

The villa is rented as an addition to the main house.

In front of the villa there is a large covered barbecue for 15 people with a fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, dishwasher, crockery, large TV, oven, fireplace and an automated spit for roasting Rhodope chevreme or grilled chickens.

Central heating in winter, and in summer children's corner and indoor pool.
